FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a minimum or maximum team size?
For most games 2 is the minimum and 6 is the maximum, however we would recommend teams of 3-5 as these are the optimum numbers for the games and allow everyone to participate. If you would like to book for larger teams, however, we can accommodate groups of up to 23 people. Just give us a call on our Hotline or on 0141 332 6110 to get booked in and for further information.
Is there an age restriction?
While there is no restriction on age, the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 10. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult as part of the group in the room.
How do I travel to Escape via public transport or on foot?
There are plenty of transport links to Glasgow City Centre, and we are a short 5-10 minute walk from all of the main hubs. We are 0.3 miles from Glasgow Central Station, 0.7 miles from Queen Street Station and 0.7 miles from Buchanan Street Bus Station.
Is Escape accessible?
We are situated in the basement of the building, but we have a wheelchair lift so everyone is able to access our Escape Rooms. The narrowest doors we have are 70cm, which should accommodate most wheelchair models. We are able to accommodate people who are hard of hearing and those with visual impairments, and have helped many groups with a variety of access requirements. The best thing to do is to call and get individual advice since we recognise not all disabilities are the same.
I am driving to Escape — is parking available?
There are car parks available in the city centre, and on-street parking right outside. On-street parking limits you to 2 hours, and all city centre parking can be busy and expensive, so we recommend using the Glasgow subway’s Park and Ride as a cheaper alternative. We are a short walk from Buchannan Street and St Enoch’s subway stations.
